What project have you worked at Transquip that has helped achieve our vision?
Opening a branch in Auckland has helped us achieve our vision. Over the years this has included setting up the first sales rep there (Rodney Kelland) then starting with a site in Penrose and growing to where we are now in Mt Wellington.
What do each of our values mean to you?
‘Prosperous Partnerships’ is about making it a win/win for the people we work with. We want to help them achieve their goal in the best way possible. ‘Better than Yesterday’ is keeping an open mindset on any possible way to improve. ‘Putting customers first’ speaks for itself!
How do you like to spend your weekends or free time?
Time with family and friends, and getting out to enjoy the beautiful country we live in.
What’s a personal motto or quote you live by?
Direction is more important than speed.
How would you describe the culture at TransQuip/ Guardian?
Friendly people who want to help you with real-life solutions.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Would like to have more time to be more supportive of the youth or those in need.
What’s one thing you hope to achieve during your lifetime?
Leaving things better than I found them.
