What project have you worked on here that helped achieve our vision?

I’ve worked on multiple projects here at TransQuip, from creating informative flyers and mudflap designs to producing social media ads and postings. Each of these contributed to strengthening our brand, engaging our customers, and supporting our overall vision.

What do each of our values mean to you?

Care – To me, care means being committed to continuously improving our products and sharing carefully curated content that effectively reaches all our stakeholders.

Integrity – Integrity represents my commitment to disseminating information truthfully across all platforms and materials we produce.

Teamwork – Teamwork is about recognizing the strengths I bring to the table while being open and honest about areas where I need support, so we can function as a well-coordinated and effective team.

Continuous Improvement – This means never being satisfied with my current skills and consistently striving to upskill for the betterment of both myself and TransQuip.

How do you like to spend your weekends or free time?

I enjoy spending my free time reading books and exercising. I believe maintaining a healthy body and mind is crucial for a productive and satisfying work life.

How would you describe the culture at TransQuip/Guardian?

I would describe the culture here as professional, caring, and customer-centric. The environment is light and supportive, with plenty of room for growth and improvement.

What’s one thing you hope to achieve during your lifetime?

I hope to be part of something great—whether that means contributing to a company that significantly improves the lives and safety of others, or creating a project that earns nationwide recognition.
