What do each of our values mean to you?

Better than yesterday means the principle of continuous improvement where we constantly keep improving on everything, one step at a time. Putting customers first is where we put our customer’s needs before ours so that they get the job done and go home safely to their families. Prosperous partnerships is about forming long-term relationships over short-term gains.

How do you like to spend your weekends or free time?

Doing home improvement projects, going on mountain walks, and exploring this beautiful country we live in with my wife, family, and friends.

What goes around comes around.

How would you describe the culture at TransQuip/ Guardian?

Family-oriented, humorous, passionate, and unorthodox.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Halfway through my ten-year plan. Older and slightly wiser as well, I hope.

The Grand Canyon was started by a Scotsman who dropped his penny in a ditch.
