What project have you worked on here that helped achieve our vision?
Our latest revision of our marketing strategy has been an exciting journey, starting with finding out what really matters to you, our customer. We are excited to roll out our new marketing plan for 2025!
What do each of our values mean to you?
Better than yesterday: I believe if you’re not improving, you’re going backwards so making changes for the better is essential.
Prosperous Partnerships: Partnership is essential whether it is with our customers or our team – the better the partnership the more prosperous we can all be.
Putting customers first: 100% – our customers are why we exist – nothing in business should be done if it won’t make a positive impact for our customers.
How do you like to spend your weekends or free time?
Love to get out and about with family and friends. From a lazy park up on the beach to a (semi) energetic mountain to climb. When I’m home; if the suns out I’m always keen for some gardening as it’s super rewarding or inside I’m cooking (and hoping someone will clean up my mess).
What’s a personal motto or quote you live by?
As mentioned above I love the saying ‘if you’re not improving, you’re going backwards’. And linked to this, normally an improvement requires change – and ‘a change is like a holiday!’.
What is your favourite joke?
Not sure this is a favourite or just the only one I can remember that isn’t a chicken crossing road one. 🙈 Johnny was racing around the garden on his new bicycle and called out to his mother to watch his tricks. “Look, Mum! No hands! Look, Mum! No feet! Waaah! Look, Mum! No teeth!
