What project have you worked on here that helped achieve our vision?     

More toward Vehicle lighting, mirrors, and the Transquip equipment side, as its more in my DNA. Believe in Guadian and know it has more potential, so lend a hand with this, I’m in a Scout / first contact with my Guardian hat on position.

What do each of our values mean to you?

Care, for customers, staff , suppliers and products. Make an excellent experience for customers and staff and have a partnership mindset.

How do you like to spend your weekends or free time?    

Family time in our homes, at family picnics and outings, keeping near the grandchildren and great-grandchildren in person if possible, but by phone if distance needs to be overcome. Building relationships in the family and with people.

What’s a personal motto or quote you live by?

Action pays off with rewards, whereas over thinking keeps the brakes on progress and allows for selfishness!

How would you describe the culture at TransQuip/ Guardian? 

Something we constantly work on, and at times we have it working very well!

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Still contributing in a positive way, helping the TEAM forward.

What’s one thing you hope to achieve during your lifetime? 

Give the family good jobs and business.
